Default Off the Record

Lets try this again, dont delete this TNC.

Its off the record, if anyone has a problem, tell them its off the record, its the fucking internet.

1. Ryan B gets paid to drink and grab ass.

2. ZRF doesnt promote anymore, Zark does his own thing, Ralf as well.

3. B&A's crowd is old. They spend at the bar, but them and their crowd need to get some young ass in there.

4. Fluid needs to close up shop and move on. Seriously, basement clubs are very clausterphobic.

5. Spice Route has 2 years left. Their license is conditional as the building is going to be smashed and condos are moving in.

6. Aromatic Spice on King St hasnt paid their rent in 2 months. The Owner wants to evict them. On a side note, the owner wants to sell his building for $70 million to the condo developer that bought the rest of the block. Seriously, the building is worth 2 million. What is wrong with these guys.

more to come

Funny that.... and so true btw....

I hardly go out anymore, but recently I was at a downtown Toronto club on King St. W, and there I ran into one of Zark's "minions" (and I use this term respectfully).

Anyways, it was not so funny that I ran into these ZRF promoters, who're btw very kind to me (drink coupons, expedited guest entry, etc.) but apparently ZRF was supposedly promoting at this "other club" . LOL!

Btw, anyone read that recent Toronto Life magazine article about Zark?!?!?! Is it me or does he come off as a sanctimonious type? I mean, good for him he "made it" without any formal education, but for him to preach that and lavishly allude to his "tangibles" (eg: Porsche, $800K annual income, $500 silk shirts, etc.) sets a terrible example for young people, particularly at a time when seeking employment and a suitable career for young folks is at an all-time challenge.

Talking Speakin' of Zark....

.

I heard that he'd approached Mayor David Miller about some "ideas" on how to revitalize YYZ's nightlife.... but essentially, the Mayor's Office kept on stalling, and just didn't come through despite repeated requests.

Can someone confirm?

Either way.... most clubs on Richmond are doomed anyways.
