Default Apartments...

I'm looking for something uptown or maybe even downtown...

But how much rent do you think it's gonna cost for a decent 2 bedroom apartment?

you'll find they range from about $1000 on th elow end to roughly $1600 on the higher end depending on amenities and location.

I have a HUGE 2 bedroom in a 4-plex (not a high-rise guy) in the bathurst/eg area.

A decent (and huge) place will run you $1200-$1500 in this part of town.

I love this neighbourhood.

ok if your still living at home with your parents....why would u move out & pay rent???? Unless its dire circumstances i would suggest live at home but open up like a money market accoutn where they automaticlly withdraw a specific amount lets just say $700/month before u know it youve saved enough for downpayment for a house/coondo etc. which is a better investment & your building equity in your home that you can use later otherwise you'll be spending like what 12-13,000 year on rent...that you couldve saved!!

the experience, independence, and freedom are well worth leaving home.

my take? TW's missed out on a few too many pieces of ass because he had nowhere to take them, and is sick of hotel desk clerks making fun of him.

not if you can avoid renting...how is it worth it the difficulty in saving up for a downpayment when you rent is ridiculous...if you have the opportunity to stay at home & save your money for a few years it makes more sense to do that then flush it down the toilet for "the experience"

I was actually leaving home for that reason but my buddy has a condo, and since we're like brothers he's allowed me to bring my bitches-n-ho's there after clubs!

TW stay at home for like another year or so, save up for a condo or something man... I'm planning on moving out next year or the year after.. we can be neighbours... you can be jack tripper (the guy everyone thinks is gay) and I'll be Larry (the guy who gets all the chicks)
