By the way Cash, remember Christina Ballinger who worked at lot 332?

She runs 2 clubs in NYC now that her family owns. More mainstream and big venues but they do some huge events there. Rebel and Webster Hall. If you want her contacts down there let me know.

Yup that's the only reason I'm stopping in NYC, I'm only gonna be there for one night and then it's on to Atlantic City for Saturday and Sunday.
I sent her a messege but I just want to make sure I have an option if I don't hear from her.

Crowd: Sexy fast and loose.
Music: House, banging and loud.
My buddy's recently single and it's his birthday so this is kind of a "re-coming of age party"

So far there's this...

Sullivan Room -- Mr. V + Stimulus>Response. 2-for-1 drinks before 11pm too

Normally I'd suggest Pacha buttttttt it's shut down and then apparently it's open again and then shut down again! LOL I can't keep up!

There's Mansion which is the old Cro Bar which seems more like This Is London...not a lot of people like it as they find it too pretentious.

Cielo which is a bit more upscaled without being pretentious

Plumm reminds me of how LOT used to be

Everywhere else I haven't been in 3 years!!! LOL

I'm going to East Meadow and out east to Montauk (east of Hamptons area)...maybe even Ronkonkama...the name always gets to me...so odd....sounds like a disease..."I'm sorry to tell you, but you have Ronkonkama"...or "I'm suffering from Ronkonkama"

if you knew anything about native american history and some of the tribes that settled on long island, some of the names of towns or places you speak of would not sound like a disease at all

Lilrat.

That's not the issue: it's a hideous name. Toronto too is aboriginal, just like many other names in Canada. Here is another New York (Long Island) specialty...SUSQUEHANNA? I can just picture the embarrassment of having to say: I attended SUSQUEHANNA University. Ronkonkama and Susquehanna...ughhh. I must add that Long Island is indeed scenic and surprisingly green.

Just think of the poor people who live in Norwalk, Ohio.

They actually had a real disease named after their town!

SICK!!!.... I'm trying to round up some friends to go to... yankee stadium was ABSOLUTELY SICK last time i went.... the atmosphere there is awesome... i wore my halladay jersey good times!!!

sullivan room is a little hole in the ground in the east village...

Webster hall is a younger crowd too..

if you want unmatched vibe with hit upCIELO.. you only have one night.. and this is the place to go... do bottle service so they dont' give you a hassle getting in...*or go early) it's worth it! (3 bills for vodka)

if you want a more pretentious crowd, hit up some places in chealsea... pink elephant, home... but last weekend i went, it was full of trashy jersy euros! lol..

grab some diner and drinks in the meat packing district and do bottle service @ cielo..

guaranteed a good time for party/house lovers.

First thing I want to say is, what a fucking shithole of a city. wow!
For such a prominant US city I wouldn't expect it to be one of the dirtiest places I've ever been to.
With all the construction, road tolls and road work that goes on there I can't believe how unkempt the city is.
The roads? well this place definately ain't lowered car friendly.
Anyhow,so we got there late because of traffic and road work, it took a pretty long time actually.
By the time we got to the hotel we had missed the check in time by a lot and as a result they gave our rooms away.
We tried a couple other places but seeing as it's New York on a weekend, there wasn't much available that suited our needs. One room for sleeping and another for...those things that happen.
We decided to stay just outside the city on the other side of the tunnel and just bus it in.
Friday, writeoff. it was late and I just drove for what felt like a thousand hours and I was pissed that we missed our checkin so we decided to have a few drinks at a bar and regroup in the morning.
Saturday night we checked out Webster Hall and Pacha.
We got to Webster at 12:00ish and there was a line and then the usual crowd of people surrounding the door guys.
Right away as we walked up to the club a host came over to us and asked if we were on the guest list.
We told him we were looking for a table and he took care of us right away.
The place kinda reminded me of the Phoenix or something, maybe Joker, not sure.
It wasn't as expensive as I thought NY would be, 1L Goose with the 20% auto grat came to $390. I think I only spent 800 bux total on the night.
The bottle service was a bit different from what I'm used to. It might of been because we had a small table and not much fit on it. We had a bottle of Goose on the table loose, a bucket of ice and a few caraffes.
We got a couple of buckets of beer and they had to sit on the floor at our feet.
There were no rock glasses, not even acryllic. They had 6oz plastic cups on the table.
The service wasn't bad but a little dissorganized. It took a while to get our bottles but I think it was just because they got a few tables coming in at the same time.
Our table was beside the lamest bachelorette party ever. These chicks musta been fresh outta the dryer. not a smile on a single one of them and they just sat there and sipped their drinks.
I struck up a convo with them and they were still pretty dry.
We aborted that mission pretty quick and hooked up with a few ladies that knew what time it was and turned the night into morning with them.
The music was pretty good at Webster, DJ Irene and Richard Vision were spinning some pretty bangin shit.
The crowd was kinda young but we weren't really mixing it up much since we had some ladies, booze, and beats and that was all we were there for.
Over all I had a pretty good time there.
Polished off the booze and hopped in a cab to Pacha, brought the ladies with us.
Got in there and only had a couple drinks because we arrived pretty much at last call but didn't realize it so we didn't load up.
We spent most of the time upstairs where it wasn't so crowded with shirtless sweat machines.
There were a few but nothing like downstairs. Again the crowd was kinda young. The music was reminicent of System or Turbo.
It was a good time.
